BACKYARD TRANSFORMATION

Nestled in a peaceful cul-de-sac in Carmel Valley, we had another opportunity to design and build a complete outdoor remodel for a home on Elegante Way. Browse the photos of our first project in this community here.

Our main goals for this outdoor living space renovation was to create a serene landscape that was ideal for entertaining, easy to maintain, and functional for the homeowners and guests.

Once the homeowners approved the design, our team kicked off construction. From top to bottom, our team had to opportunity to elevate their exterior to the highest standard possible. From the new entry-way with upgraded lighting, to a cloud-based irrigation system, this new outdoor living space is as efficient as it gets.

We installed rich, modern horizontal Mangaris fencing, designed a gorgeous built-in fireplace with premium tile and a waterfall edge countertop. 

Our team consulted with the design and finishes of the pool, built a custom Mangaris L-shaped bench, designed and installed a custom concrete paver patio with top-cast finish, and installed all of the drought-tolerant plants throughout. 

Additional Noteworthy Design Elements:

-Designed and built a custom fire-pit with widened seating area for outdoor entertaining

-Widened Driveway 

-Installed wood plank porcelain tile in the California Room 

-Incorporated lava rock and Mexican beach stone 

-Installed grass and upgraded sprinkler system

This project was nothing short of inspirational for our team and we’re incredibly thankful for the opportunity to help these homeowners design an outdoor space they’re proud of.
