BACKYARD TRANSFORMATION

Just a stone’s throw away from our 28th Street project was a home with similar topography issues. There was very little usable outdoor living space and the homeowners were at their wits-end trying to find a contractor that could transform their backyard into what it is now.

This project required extensive concrete work. We built 3 concrete layers, each 15 feet wide, to provide adequate entertaining space. What we loved about this custom design was that we routed the staircases through the tiers, adding interesting dimension versus just installing a staircase straight down to the base floor. In total, our efforts created approximately 1,200 square feet of outdoor entertaining space (not including the synthetic turf)!
