BACKYARD REMODEL

We had the opportunity to collaborate with local interior design professionals at Balboa Design Group to bring this project to fruition. Built in 1909, this was yet another historical home renovation that we were fortunate to be involved with. The team at Balboa oversaw the redesign of the interior while our team focused on the backyard. The goal was to protect the craftsman charm while providing modern conveniences for the homeowner.

We designed the backyard to feel like a modern California oasis, and the results were incredible. Custom sliders open from the kitchen to reveal the outdoor living space, blending indoor and outdoor living seamlessly.

Since the redesign, this home has been featured by the Modern Architecture and Design Society.
